The ADU pictured below is an example of an affordable, scaled down version of our Plan One for use with cities and counties in their at-risk population programs.

ADU/back yard

AVMHB/VOALA is working with the County of Los Angeles Housing Agency to remodel this existing 476 unit apartment complex that houses low to moderate income individuals and families.  In addition, approximately 75 new units will be constructed on-site using our ADU program for at-risk individuals and families.
