Our ADU’s are high quality, permanent homes fully permitted and in compliance with all City and State requirements. A Certificate of Occupancy is issued at the completion and inspection of the home by a Regulatory Agency.
The ADU is designed to match the primary residence. Through the use and application of a variety of exterior finishes and colors, almost any existing exterior on the primary residence can be duplicated.
