The first photograph below is the Primary Residence, the second photograph is the actual ADU  an example of one of our smaller models. Our Plan One rendering though larger will be used by the Cities and Counties for their at-risk population programs.

ADU/backyard

AVMHB/VOALA is working with a Los Angeles County Organization to remodel this existing apartment complex that houses low to moderate income individuals and families. In addition, approximately 70+ new units will be utilizing our ADU housing models for at-risk individuals and families.
